Telemundo used to host a dating show called "12 Corazones" in which I participated. Despite spending a whole day on stage and behind the scenes following a script, I was one of the twelve competitors who were eliminated. Even though this happened in 2009, I still have clear memories of it. I've worked in customer service for a long time, and it's similar to acting.

A customer service role is analogous to being an actor on stage, where each interaction with a customer is a scene that requires you to adapt your 'performance' based on their emotions and needs, delivering a positive and engaging experience while seamlessly navigating different situations, from resolving complaints to providing product information, all while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
