CASTING CALL FOR MAY 31 SHOOT:

I'm Vernon Heard with The Perfectionists Creative Consulting. I'm casting a proof-of-concept trailer planned for use to pitch a horror feature film called The Brutal. We will film a few clips from the script that we can edit into a great trailer.

WHO:

I'm looking for a dozen people for a hangout scene at a house (ala a playoffs watch party or PPV fight party-type gathering). Ages would range from about 21-50 yrs. old, six males and 6 females. ALL RACES/NATIONALITIES!! With this being a visual trailer, there is no script or lines to learn. The only dialogue will be a voiceover narrating the final cut of the trailer. With that, this shoot doesn't require deep acting experience.

WHEN:

Shoot date is Saturday, May 31st in Carson and, possibly, briefly in San Pedro. The plan is to complete the reel in one day so it's a hit it and quit it shoot schedule. The party scene will shoot within 2-3 hours. Additionally, we'll host a couple of brief, online cast/crew meetings to discuss scene blocking, etc. and answer any questions.

TERMS:

There is no pay for the shoot but we will provide food, credits, and a copy of the trailer for your reel.
