rewrite needed for a script. quick turnaround

I had a tv series that I squeezed into a feature. It's a dramedy. Currently at 118 pages and needs to be shorter. I can't seem to cut more out of it.
I need this as quick of a turnaround as possible because I have some producers interested. They are the ones who wanted it changed to the feature. thanks
