CASTING CALL - Voiceover Talent for Medical Animated Explainer (Paid)
Laundry Lane Productions is on the lookout for both First Nations and Pasifika voiceover artists for a warm, conversational animation project that helps de-stigmatise an arthritic condition.
“We’re seeking 4 voiceover artists to bring to life two sets of characters:
Roles:
• Aunt (45–65 yrs) – First Nations talent
• Nephew (20–30 yrs) – First Nations talent
• Aunt (45–65 yrs) – Pasifika talent
• Nephew (20–30 yrs) – Pasifika talent
Tone & Style:
The script is conversational, relaxed and informative, the script is dialogue based (between two family characters), not a formal medical explainer.
You’ll be voicing characters talking about their shared experience with an arthritic condition, aiming to connect with the audience in an approachable way.
Fee & Usage:
• AU$400 flat rate per role
• Includes a remote recording session (approx. 1 hour)
• Usage: Online, in perpetuity (for 1x 3.5minute explainer and short chapter cutdowns)
Recording:
• Mid to late April
• Talent must have access to a professional-quality home studio or be able to record at our Sydney studio
